We upgraded our Isgus Compact system to the new Isgus Zeus Time Management system a year ago now and I can say it has fulfilled all of our expectations.

The upgrade was seamless, all historical data was transferred and retained to our satisfaction.  The whole installation including data transfer only took a few hours by support staff that managed everything for us.  Our mill is a 24hour operation, with multiple shifts, some starting one day and finishing the next.  It is therefore important to us to have a system that can cope with this.  I have to say that Zeus is wonderful and this aspect is never a problem to us.  I can create individual daily work patterns as well as weekly schedules individually tailored, including individual pay rates that recognise unsocial hours.

It is a simple task to produce our payroll input direct from the figures generated in the report options.  I am able to produce Attendance Registers at the start of each shift and these have proved very beneficial whenever we have a fire drill.

If I have a need to implement a new task and need a “refresher” I only have to call Isgus software support, they remotely join me on line and within a short space of time they have talked me through it and solved my query.

My only regret is that we waited so long to upgrade.  I should have done it much sooner.  My Good wishes to Isgus for their products and continued success.

 We installed the Isgus system in October 2006.  We previously used clock cards and a paper system to log persons in and out. We now have an electronic system that enables us to monitor in real time at the touch of a button. We have seen improvements in employee lateness.  We can monitor holidays, absence trends, and know who is on site at any one time.  Support and service is second to none with ‘real’ people answering the telephone.

We have been running the Zeus Time and attendance program for a number of years now and find the system easy to use, great for keeping track of the Staff movements in the company, The system has proved to be a great advantage for recording time and absence or holidays and providing reports for Managers.
